What we do
DRM: sir reel sound, studio name Thirteenth Moon Studio , provides a variety of music production and audio services including album work (producing,recording/ mixing , and mastering ), sound design and scoring for films, TV, commercials & media. Music producer, mixer and musician/composer and sound healer David Rosenblad has worked with or played for a wide variety of music artists such as Sara Hickman, Chrystabell, Herbie Mann, Freddy Fender, David Newman, Dave Stringer, the deathray davies, Everclear, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Allan Holdsworth, Cheap Trick, The Flaming Lips, Maynard Ferguson, and Brave Combo. He is also a performing singer-songwriter (see below)
Film & TV clients include PBS, HBO, MTV, HDnet, History Channel , Think Film, New Films International. His newest film project is scoring and sound designing the thriller "TWELVE" - be on lookout for this film¡ Two films David recently sound designed , “The Vast of Night” and “The Ghost Who Walks”, are getting rave reviews on Amazon & Netflix. A new documentary short “You Are Me & I Am You” about the journey of an Ecuadorian midwife/healer features an all original score composed by David and has been winning awards on the festival circuit. Commercial clients include Academy, Universal, Wet n’ Wild, Toyota, Cellular One, Arrowhead Water, and many others. David has recently started a healing center, Lotus Rose Healing Arts Center, with his partner Kirsten Carter that provides a unique mix of sound healing/live music with acupuncture & energy healing.

David played 2 mini-tours of the South Padre Island area in August & September partially in support of the 2 new singles releasing and just because “I feel at home here and want to share my music!”. He was at Hopper Haus, Upper Deck Hotel and Divots at SPI Country Club all 2 times each!
